Fdbk (“feedback”) re-imagines feedback as mobile, social, and instantly rewarding. We have an active product, a strong core team, and exciting early traction. Team Fdbk is charging towards a late Spring Beta launch in SF and NYC.
As we prepare for launch, we seek 2-3 brilliant front-end developers/designers - smart individuals who can actualize a simple, beautiful UI/UX vision for our game-changing mobile engagement platform. We also seek 1-2 talented back-end engineers to help with systems, security, and coding.

- Qualifications:
- Front-end Designers
- Sparkling creativity and a talent for UI/UX.
- Graphic design in print medium is a plus.

- Front-end Developers
- Adept with some or all of HTML5, Coffeescript/Javascript, JSON, and bonus points for JQuery and/or AngularJS.
- Adept with some or all of HTML5, Coffeescript/Javascript, JSON, and bonus points for JQuery and/or AngularJS.
- Designers & Developers: Mobile wizardry is a must. Data visualization skills is a plus.
- Back-End Engineers: Scala experience or very good Java skills with a willingness to learn Scala. Distributed computing and network communication important, MongoDB a plus.
- Front-end Designers
- Personality: Confident, focused, good sense of humor. Desire to change the world through high-impact technology. Team player, strong listener, outside-the-box thinker.
- Compensation: Equity with academic credit or a small stipend.
- Commitment: Part-time with potential for full-time opportunity. 4-6 months, possibly longer for the right fit.
- Location: Mostly telecommuting. Meet with CTO on Loyola campus or around Naperville, IL every 1-2 weeks
